📦 מוצרים פיזיים

• ניתן להחזיר תוך 14 יום מתאריך קבלת המוצר בלבד.
• המוצר חייב להיות סגור לחלוטין, באריזתו המקורית, ללא שימוש.
• דמי המשלוח בחזרה חלים על הלקוח בלבד.
• לאחר בדיקת המוצר, הזיכוי יינתן לאמצעי התשלום המקורי תוך 7-10 ימי עסקים.
• Luli שומרת את הזכות לסרב להחזרה אם המוצר נראה כי נעשה בו שימוש או נפגם.

📲 מוצרים דיגיטליים

• אין החזר כלל על מוצרים דיגיטליים לאחר גישה להם או הורדתם.
• זה כולל: Lifebook, Lifesong, חבילת גמילה ממוצץ, Kids Printables Bundle, Emotions Bundle, וכל מוצר שניתן לגשת אליו בפורמט דיגיטלי.

Refund Policy (English)

Physical Products

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery only. Items must be completely sealed in original packaging, unused. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection. Luli reserves the right to refuse returns on items showing signs of use or damage.

Digital Products

No refunds on digital products once accessed or downloaded. This applies to: Lifebook, Lifesong, Pacifier Weaning Bundle, Kids Printables Bundle, Emotions Bundle, and all digitally delivered items. For technical issues, contact hello@luli.co.il and we will assist immediately.
